A laminated aluminum foil pouch — certified food-safe and designed for molding, setting, and storing your agidi, eko, or pap. 50 pouches per bag. Clean, consistent, perfectly set results every time with zero mess.
Also great for Ekuru, Kafa, Ogi, and steaming vegetables or poultry.

Benefits

Open the pouch and expand the bottom to stand it upright.
Pour your prepared agidi, eko, or pap mixture into the pouch, filling about three quarters full.
Seal the pouch firmly using the zip-lock.
For agidi and eko: place sealed pouch in boiling water and cook until fully set.
For pap: allow to cool and set at room temperature or place in the refrigerator.
Once set, serve directly from the pouch or transfer to a plate.
