The Difference
Open the pouch and expand the bottom to stand it upright.
Pour your prepared agidi, eko, or pap mixture into the pouch, filling about three quarters full.
Allow to cool, seal the pouch firmly, and then place in refrigerator.
Once set, serve directly from the pouch or transfer to a plate.
