We want you to love your Jesdit products. If something is not right please reach out to us at info@jesdit.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@jesdit.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns on opened products for hygiene and food safety reasons. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please contact us at info@jesdit.com within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Jesdit LLC is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Jesdit LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will reship at the customer's expense.
International Orders
Refunds on international orders do not cover original shipping costs or any customs fees or import duties paid.
How Refunds Are Issued
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@jesdit.com before filing a dispute with their bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly.
