Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all US orders. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after processing. Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change based on carrier availability.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your tracking number.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed please contact us at info@jesdit.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Jesdit LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Jesdit LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us we will reship at the customer's expense.
